Random Wednesdays takes on a change...

So guys, I haven't been on the internet for 12 hours & it feels as though I haven't been on in forever! Wow, anybody else like that?
Anyways, I'm getting caught up on your all's blogs and replying to comments-so no need to worry!
Now, for Random Wednesdays I usually post anywhere from 5 to 10 random pictures, but today,...is something different!

In 6th grade, we had to write a letter to ourselves, and it would be opened towards the end of our 8th grade year(now), and if we wanted-we could put some little momentum's in there. We got them back today! My letter was really funny, and I put a picture of me and my used-to-be-best friend, 2 pictures of me as a baby, and a picture of my brother and I.
Okay,...here's the letter: (and when I put ** around the words, that means I just now added that in; it's not in the original letter!

Dear Abby,
I'll probably about to be graduating 8th grade. **sniffles: I am!** I hope I've been doing good in school. **i am.** I'll start out with some of my favs: **and yes I spelled "faves" wrong. haha!**
My favorite food is stuffed peppers. I just tried last night about DeAnna's house. It's yummy delicicous! **?** My favorite sport is bad minton. **Still is haha!** I wish our school had a team of that. I'd probably be the captain. **wow, I was really hopeful!** My favorite sports team is the Kentucky Wildcats.**Ugh, how could I ever like them?**
The beat the Louisville Cardinals last night! **Shut up Abby! I really like the Cardinals!** My favorite color is pink (of course). My favorite books right now are the Clique series by Lisi Harrison. By then, I'll probably have 'em all read and own all of the books! **Which I do.** My favorite teachers are Mrs. Swank and Mr. Ab Watts. My favorite author is Lisi Harrison. My favorite subjects are language arts and math. **Ugh, how did I ever like math???** My favorite animal is a koala. **It still is, but my favorite is a panda.** They're so cute and cuddly. My favorite state is Tennessee because of all of the beautiful mountains.
Right now, some of my close friends are Hannah Hart **now my best friend**, Taylor Jeffires, Breanne Riley **my Jonas BFF**, and Kaleshia Riddell. Right now, I don't have a hobby but if I had to choose, it would be writing. I really like the t.v. show Rachael Ray **um, I NEVER watch that now**. I just discovered the show yesterday at DeAnna's. **Oh, and if you all are wondering, DeAnna is my aunt.** I really ♥ the actress Dakota Fanning. My favorite actor is Johnny Depp. My favorite holiday is (of course) Christma. Not just because of the presents though. Also because I get to see my family. My favorite singer is Avril Lavigne. I wish I could sing like her. **LOL!** My role model is my nanny **grandma** because everytime she takes me somewhere there's people I don't know, she makes me feel like I've known 'em for a million years.
I got my first mid-term this year. Here's what I got:
~Language arts-A
~Social Studies A+
~Computers-B+ (Aghhh!)
~Choir-A
~Math A+
~Science A-
~Band-A
Right now I have the most a.r. points (100 points) In eigth grade I hope to be in JLA (Junior Leaders of Austin), Spellbowl, track and volleyball. **Haha, I wasn't in ANY of it! :)**
I wish my legs would slim down a bit **lol, now I wish I'd get fatter!** and my hair wouldn't be so tangly. I just got a haircut about 2 weeks ago. I wanted it a little shorter, but my mom thought I would freak out. **I cut it short in 7th grade.** I LOVE Elvis Presley. I'm decorating my room in it as of now.
My future plans are to graduate as valedictorian, go to Harvard **pshh, no way!**, become a lawyer, live in a big nice house, have 1 girl, and then become a judge.
Well, I hope no one gets hold of this letter. See ya in the future!
♥,
Abby

WOW! I was really annoying, haha! It makes me sad; it seems forever ago I wrote that, and when I did I never thought 8th grade would come! And now it's here! :(
I've changed a lot, but in some ways I haven't.
Well, comment and tell me what ya'll think! I'll post my King's Island pictures on Friday!
xx,
~Abby~

It's amazing how people change so much in just 3 years... I really wish I would've done that back in 6th grade!

Awwww thats so sweet! U should have posted the pics ;) Thats really cool, to look back and everything.
With Love and Blessings,
Bleah Briann
P.S. I'm gonna be in camp for two weeks of June so I won't be blogging...meaning I'll have to do the music post in July, but I think I might be going to Florida...so the procrastination continues...I think I'll do it in August as a back to school bash.
Anywho, I dunno why I told ya' but I did. :P

I wish I did that in sixth grade. And yeah, it does seem like forever when I don't get on the internet for a while. I don't really like the Kentucky Wildcats, either (even though I probably should considering I live here, lol). Can't wait to see the pictures from Kings Island; I'll try to take pictures with my cell phone if Mr.Wilson lets us bring them. =) -Hannah

I thought it was kind of funny that at the end you said you hoped nobody ever saw the letter, then you posted it. LOL

Great letter. :) I love looking back on memories like that.

Wow, your letter is really cool. I wish I'd done that when I was younger! It's really funny to see how you think so different about the things in your letter now.
Hey, I love the Clique series too :)

We all change so much, just in your writing I can tell how much you've changed. That letter writing to your future self thing is a really good idea. maybe I should do one for myself to read WAY in the future when I'm in my 20's. Haha :)

Hahha I wish I had something like this!! I love reading through my old diaries and observing how I have changed- you say you sound so annoying, but to me, it just sounds like any other 6th grade girl :)

I definitely read them and tell myself, wow you were obnoxious back then :P

That's so cute :) I'm envious!
