WHEW, IT'S OVER!!!!!!

Day 30-A song that you loved at the same time last year.

Pssh like I could remember that by heart, right? So, I looked up popular music in April/May 2009, and Waking Up In Vegas was one of them, and I LOVED that song, so here you go!
Wow. The last post for this. I mean, I'm glad it's over, so I don't have to post everyday, but I mean, I'll always remeber it. :( And it was fun, too and it showed you all what kind of music I like! So, to remember this, I'm giving the award below that I made for anyone who has finished this or will finish it in the future. So, Addie, you get this award!!!! :)

TGIF!!!!! This week, and the month of April, has went by sooo slow! There's so much going on in May and June--I can't wait! Next weekend, I'll be going to King's Island (a theme park located in Cinncinnati Ohio) for a band contest!!! Our school has been going to this competition for a long time-we've won a lot! But who knows? You know, I wouldn't even be going if I wasn't in high school band. At the beginning of the year, Ms. Mitchell (our band instructor) moved all of us 8th graders from middle school band to high school band-which is awesome! :) I can't wait to ride all of the rides, I haven't been there in FOREVER! :) Well, I hope all of you people have a lovely weekend, and don't forget to blog about it, hehe!

Random Pics, A Comment from a teacher, and 30 Day Song Challenge, Part XXIX

Day 29-A song from your childhood.

I chose See See My Playmate. It's just a little kid song, but very long. This is just the main part of the song, it's much longer than this. I knew the whole song by age 2, which my grandma (I call her nanny) And you don't actually JUST sing the song, there is a little handshake thing to it too. Look it up on youtube, you'll see 2 little girls doing it. My babysitter didn't know how to do it, or know the song, and I'd spaz out and she'd have to call my nanny to tell her the words. :) Yeah, I was weird like that. My babysitter (years later) told me when I'd build things with blocks my arms would shake because I tried to make it perfect. I'm getting better though.... :)

Okay, I'm just gonna post some random pics.

Aren't my fuzzy socks cute? I have tooonnnsss of em.

Haha I love how that picture turned out!

And this one-I didn't even think it would turn out good since the flash always ruins the pic when I'm taking one in the mirror, but it didn't! & I love how it didn't show my eyes. These are the best pics-the ones you didn't expect to be good!

And I done this to where it would only show half of my face! :)

Oooh and here's my new EnV touch, which I looovee! And yes, that is a pic of me with The Mad Hatter. Don't worry, it's only my poster above my bed, but pretty good, huh?

Oh & today we got our mid-terms back. We got them, and my language arts teacher, Ms. Schroer, said if our parents signed it and left a comment we'd get 15 extra bonus points, so of course I took up that offer. Ms. Schoer wrote back to my mom:

Abby is such a RARE gem as far as students-and young ladies-go. I constantly tried to challenge Abby with material she hadn't already heard or known prior th this year. She would get frustrated sometimes, but when she got it, her whole face would light up and she "got it." In my 7 years as an 8th grade teacher, I had yet to have a student like Abby. She made me love my job even more this year. And Abby is so full of life and energy! So much fun! I hope her year was as productive and challenging as mine was! I'll really miss her!!!

Aw. Thanks Ms. Scrhoer. She's my favorite teacher and we're a lot alike. :) Bye everybodyy! ♥ ya lots.

Random Wednesdays & 30 Day Song Challenge Part XXVIII

Day 28-A song that makes you feel guilty.

I chose In the Arms of An Angel by Sarah McLaughlin. It's soooo sad. I swear, as soon as I copied and pasted it from youtube, I had to exit out of that window immediately. It reminds me of the commercial about animal abuse, because this song plays in that commercial. And when I hear the commercial, I have to turn the channel or go out of the room while covering my ears. My little brother makes fun of me for it. When it comes on, he'll mute it and tell me to come in there, then he'll play it. :( This is the only tv-esque thing I cry on, besides the movie "I Am Sam." I didn't cry on My Sister's Keeper or ANY of the Nicholas Sparks movies, INCLUDING The Notebook. Don't get me wrong, this song and Sarah's voice is absolutely beautiful, but that's what makes it even more sad. And it doesn't even make me feel guilty, just depressed. But yet again, it makes me feel guilty to be a human, becuase HOW could a human do that to an innocent animal who just wants love? So sad. AND IF YOU HAVEN'T EVER LISTENED TO IT, DO IT NOW!!!!!! IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!! The commerical is much more sad though, because it shows the beaten up, pathetic animals. :(

YAAAAYYY it's Random Wednesdays! :)

Isn't this awesome? I'm gonna try to take my own picture of this when it's Fourht of July time!

And holy crap this is even MORE awesome!!!!!! I would definately go the Hogwarts way. What about you all?

Just love this pic It's so me! ♥
Isn't this cute???? Koalas are my second favorite animals, pandas being the first! (As you all probably know by now.)

Aw I reblogged this on tumblr today. It's like, "Which one am I supposed to believe?" Haha.

I hope everyone has enjoyed my Random Wednesday! :) Have an awesome day!
Oh, & you know how I told you guys yesterday that I won that contest in class where we had to guess the name of the song/artist and I got a pop? Well, we done it again today, and I won again!!!! No one even came close. What can I say, I love music! :))))

AAAAAHHHH & 30 Day Song Challenge, Part XXVII

Day 27- A song that you wish that you could play on an instrument.

I chose Für Elise by Beethoven. Yes, I know I've already used this song, but I REALLY wish I could play this on the piano! :( But on the bright side.....Scroll down!

Oooooohhhhhh my gosh, guess who is coming to Indianapolis, Indiana??????????????????????????????

These lovely people!!!!! ^^^^^^^ :)))))))))) Yeah, I was in computer class today when I learned the news. I couldn't find the right link though on twitter, but by then (when the teacher walked out of the computer lab) my friend Breanne (who was in the library for her study hall) came in and said "THEY'RE COMING TO INDIANAPOLIS!!" And we started jumping up and down up and down up and down & then the teacher came in and then we said we'd text each other later. So I'll probably be going with her, because we're purchasing our tickets as early as possible before the concert on August 5th. :)))))) Sorry for the extra smileys, I'm just super excited! This will be my first concert of theirs, while this will be my friends 4th!

Ahhh this one is my favorite!!!!!! My friends' favorite is Joe, but we both love all of them! :)

Isn't this cute??? Even if you don't like JB, you gotta admit that's cute!

Lol I was on we heart it, and this was on "recently hearted." Weird right? And isn't this the picture for twitter when there's too many tweets???? Oh, and guys if you have a twitter, tell me! I'll follow you if you follow me! :) I love my twitter buddies! Here's my link: http://twitter.com/Soaplover22
Yay I'm so close to being done with the 30 Day Song Challenge!!! :)
Today, we didn't do anything in social studies class, so Mr. Petersen (being a big lover of music) played random songs, and whoever guessed them right first (and whoever got to 10 songs right first) WON! I was like "Pshh I can do this!" I played and played, getting a lot right, that NO one knew. Like the Beatles and the Spice Girls. I'm like, I listen to the Beatles AT LEAST once a day. Well, me and Chris Mayfield both had 9 songs, and whoever got the next one right WON! It was a Nickleback song, and I got it!!! Woo hoo! Chris didn't even know it AT ALL! So I got a Coke cause they were out of Big Red. :( But awesome, all the same! I always win stuff like that!
Have a great evening/morning everybody!

Cassie's Therapy Tag and 30 Day Song Challenge Part XXVI

Day 26-A song that you can play on an instrument.

Well, I play the clarinet, and so I can play a lot of songs. But the one I'm best at is You Give Love A Bad Name by Bon Jovi. I've been playing it sice 5th grade and I can play it by heart. :)

Hello all of you!
No one tagged me to do Cassie's Therapy Video Tag, (created by the spectaculat Erimentha) but I do it once a month anyways!

Instructions: Fill in 12 likes, 1 love, and 8 hates, & the bolded things must be included in the tag.
Here I go!

Abracadabra, wow!
I like boys with a soft side to them, especially when you think they didnt' have one and girls with a kick-ass personality.
I like my new phone I just got.
I like when I enjoy cloudy days (like today), because some days they make me depresse
I like finally standing up to some of my "friends."
I like when I really want to get a hard homework assignment done, & I complete it with ease, whereas if I have a bad attitude about not wanting to do homework, I would have had a much harder time with it.
I like Friday afternoons after school, because I go to Lickety Split (an ice-cream) place with my grandma and brother, and they have the best ice-cream and hot fries in the world! :)
I like lunch at school, because my friends and I laugh harder than anyone in the cafateria.
I like going into a situation thinking it's going to be super hard/painful/annoying, but in the end, it's not so bad.
I like when I finally overcome my laziness and paint my toenails.
I like visiting my family, especially the ones I hardly ever get to see.
I like early mornings, because it's my favorite part of the day.
I like hush puppies from Long John Silvers, because I've always "hated" them (even though I never tried them) and I just tried them 2 weeks ago!!! :)
I love when someone hasn't written a blog post in a loonnng time, and then I see on my blog list (it's in order of most recently updated) that they've written a post!
Today was neutral, and nothing majorly bad happened. It wasn't spectacular (word of the day. I've said that 3 times today already!) either. Just a simple day.
In some ways, I love everything.
It's less, it's less of a thing to like, it's less distinct, it's less particular.
I like things that I like, but I love everything.
Cos even the worst things have something you like in them.
I don't know what you mean about things I hate.Add Image
I hate when my lips are chapped.
I hate when my tummy hurts really really bad.
I hate when my brother is snippy and rude.
I hate when I run my hands through my hair on the top of my head, but it's a habit.
I hate when I fall asleep watching a good show.
I hate whipped cream.
I hate macaroni and cheese at restraunts. Only velveeta shells at home.
I hate when I say something stupid, and then everyone makes fun of me. Constantly.
I tag:
~Kakes
~Breee
~Tiana
~Kylie

Have a wonnndderrfuul day/night everybody. ♥ you bunches.

30 Day Song Challenge, Part XXV

Day 25-A song that makes you laugh.
I chose A Boy Named Sue by Johnny Cash. Listen to it if you haven't, it's really funny! :)

Seriouly, answer the question in a comment. I love hearing from you guys! And if anyone ever wants to e-mail me, ask me my e-mail address in a comment! I'll tell you in a comment in your blog; I love to e-mail people! (**EDIT: Okay, I just read on Maly's blog where she posted this same picture and asked how everyone was doing. I did not copy this from her. I actually typed this all up yesterday and made it a scheduled post for today. I am just now editing it to tell everyone I actually done this yesterday, and I PROMISE I'm not copying her. I think that is weird we both done that.**)

I hope everyone's day has been splendid. And if it hasn't, make it memorable.

Oh My Blogger Award & 30 Day Song Challenge Parts XXII and XXIII

Day 24-A song that you want to be played at your funeral.

Just Dance by Lady Gaga. It's one of my all time favorite songs, and if I die in 80 something years, no one will even know this song and Lady Gaga will be long gone, so I think that'd be cool.

Day 23-A song that you want to be played at your wedding.

I honestly don't know or care! I won't be getting married for a long time!

Day 22-A song that you listen to when you're sad.

I chose Long Black Train by Josh Turner. I've been listening to this song for years, and it doesn't even necessarily cheer me up...It just lets me relax...And fall asleep. Because for me, the cure for sadness=sleep.

Nabilah originally tagged me with the Oh My Blogger Award, and then she tagged a lot of people, and then a lot more people tagged me. So thanks to the who did! Here's the instructions:

1. Get really excited that you got the coolest award EVER!

2. Choose ONE of the following options of accepting the OMB award:(a) Get really drunk and blog for 15 minutes straight, or for as long as you can focus.(b) Write about your most embarrassing moment.(c) Write a "Soundtrack of your childhood" post.(d) Make your next blog a 'vlog'/video blog. Basically, you're talking to the camera about whatever.(e) Take a picture of yourself first thing in the morning, before you do anything else (hair, make up, etc)and post it.

3. Pass the award on to at least three, but preferably more, awesome bloggers as yourself. Don't forget to tell them!

I chose options D & E. :)

Sorry the video is so crappy! I didn't know what to do; plus it was my first vlog I've ever made.

Scary, huh?

I tag this on to whoever hasn't done it. Everyone's pretty much done it, and it's really fun!

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

~Abby~

Random Wednesdays and 30 Day Song Challenge, Part XXI

Day 21-A song that you listen to when you're happy.

I chose When I Look At You by Miley Cryus. I love this song, and it makes me happy. :)

Life is great right now. Everything is unblocked on the school's internet. Usually, they block Facebook, Myspace, Youtube, e-mail, and whatever else they want to block. Thankfully blogger, twitter and tumblr aren't blocked. Plus, I'm drinking a Big Red. Mmmm....

Random Wednesday time! I love this, because you can always find random pictures and such.

First, a panda hot air balloon! This is one I would fly in-pandas are my favorite animals!!! :) (Or any sort of bear, but pandas

I posted this on my tumblr! I love it!

Awww, aren't they so sweet?

Haha, I thought this pic of Hayley Williams was funny!
Isn't this cute??? I love seeing little twins! :) This pretty much brightened my day!
Today we got our 8th grade shirts AND state shirts. By state shirts I mean how we are the 2AA Basketball State Champions in Indiana, and we got shirts made. I'll post pictures of them later.
I want the month of April to be OVER! Mostly because I hate posting everyday, but I have to because of the 30 Day Song Challenge. Don't get me wrong, it's fun---but it feels like I post too much, and if I post JUST the video, then I feel it's too short!
Tomorrow I'll post my "Oh My Blog" tag (I don't mean it's mine, I just mean it's my version of it.) if I ever get it uploaded! :)
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday, I know I am! Ahhh, Wednesday's are always great!
xx,
~Abby~

A Little Reminder and 30 Day Song Challenge Part XX

Day 20- A song you listen to when you are angry.

I chose Für Elise by Beethoven. I love this piece! I always have, and I just get on the computer, chillax, and listen to this song when I'm frustrated or angry.
Now, for the important part of the day. Today is the anniversary of the Columbine High School shooting. Don't know what that is? Well, I'll tell you. Or, of course you could google or youtube it. It happened 11 years ago, on a Tuesday like this in Littleton, Colorado. Columbine High School is a very good school, and no one would imagine something would happen like that there. 2 high school boys went on a shooting spree, killing 13 people(including 1 teacher) and injuring 23 people. No one expected those 2 boys to do it, either. One of the people they killed was Cassie Bernall. Her mother wrote a book about Cassie called "She Said Yes." Wondering where the title of this book came from? RIght before Cassie was killed in the school library, one of the men asked her if she believed in God. She said yes, and then they shot her in the head. She was a believer in God, but she wasn't always that way. She got into the wrong crowd at a different school, and made some bad decisions. She went through 2 years of fighting with her parents and this bad crowd. She finally started going to a youth group and her parents made her move to a private school. She met some good friends, and became surly, but slowly, better, and she was a nice person. She always thought she would slip away from Christ, but she never did, not even in the minute of her death. People call her a martyr.

This is the book. ^ We're reading it in literature class, and that's how I know all of this information.
There's also a movie called "Dawn Anna" but it has nothing to do with Cassie, and it isn't even based on any of the Columbine events until the very end of the movie.
Just thought I might remind you guys of this, and if you didn't know about it, tell me!
Have a wonderful day.
xx,
~Abby~

Tag & 30 Day Song Challenges Parts XVIII and XIX

Hi everyone! Sorry I didn't post yesterday, my computer is being stupid and it isn't uploading photos. Also, it's never uploaded videos. (Except from youtube.) Does it take a long time for a video to upload from your computer to your post. I'm trying to get my "vlog" (from the "Oh My Blog" award/tag) and it won't!

Day 18-A song that you wish that they'd play on the radio. (Song that I was supposed to post for yesterday.)

I chose Trainwreck by Demi Lovato. This is a great song, and I have never heard it on the radio!
Day 19-A song from your favorite album.

I chose On The Wing by Owl City. It's from my favorite album called "Ocean Eyes."

So Sanchez has tagged me with a tag made by Catherine about love. Just write about it, and what you think of it. Love is like sunshine on a cloudy day...

Love is where you can be yourself, never having to think twice about what you'll do around that person. Because that should never be.

And even when you think everything's gone, it's all over, your true love will always be there.

Even when you are apart, even 7 seas apart, you'll be on their mind. Day and night. But just remeber, you'll always be looking at the same sky, the same sun and moon.

And don't ever think it's over. Don't ever think there's no more chances. As long as the sun is coming up, or going down, it's always a brand new day. A day to make it all right. A fresh start.

All you have to do is...

I want the kind of love that when you kiss them your foot goes up.

Where the whole world is blurry, but that's okay, because your love doesn't understan it either, and that's all that matters.

And you have so many adventures together. But you remember them all. Every single moment.

Even though you're old and wrinkly, you still see each other as the sexy 20 year olds you once were in a bathing suit.

And who knows, all of the memories may be gone, but you'll remember them again someday. They're still there, you just don't know it.

My personal ♥s.

I don't care what you all say, Zac Efron is sexy and that's just the end ot it. ;)

xx,
~Abby~
