Life =)

Long time, no see everyone! I've missed you all SO much..and your wonderful blogs of course! I've been so busy with everything, but thank goodness it's calming down a bit.
Homecoming week was two weeks ago. For fun, each class made a float. The theme was "Under the Sea." You decorated a shopping cart, and ours was an octopus. I worked on it during ALL of my free time.. before school, during my study hall, and after school. The whole class was supposed to help, but only me and a few other people were willing too. It was really hard work, but we pulled it off, and WON! Our float even blew the seniors out of the water. (Pun intended ;)
We also had sophomore night that week as well, and I had to make a bunch of decorations. Plus ball games to play at three times a week, but we're down to 2 games! WOO HOO. Then tennis season begins =)

Like I said, our floats were made from shopping carts...but ours got a litttttle out of hand. A girl in our grade's dad came and built wood around the cart to make a big ship, and wrapped chicken wire around it. Then we stuffed it with napkins. I can't even tell you how many napkins we used... thousands? Maybe even a million?! See for yourself.....

There's one side of it. Yepp, there IS a shopping cart under that. The blue part is the ocean, the brown is the ship, and the grap is the octopus. See the tentacles? It took so long to stuff all of those napkins in there. Everyone else's float was super tiny compared to ours.

After we won! We had a big pep rally and presented it to the entire school..one of our teachers gave us those random hats. Hahaha.

Homecoming! Maggie looked so pretty. She's in student council, so she gets to dress up.

Shawnee Bayes! She looked beautiful! She was a queen candidate, but she lost by FIVE STINKING VOTES.

Btw...has anyone downloaded the game Temple Run? I swore I wouldn't do it...but I broke down and did. I've been playing for a week and I STILL suck. It's taking over my life.

That's the highest I've gotten so far :'(

Do any of you remember when I had to dress up goofy & do stupid things to be in this club? Well, this year, I got to torture the freshman :D I made them do the chicken dance on top of the tables at lunch, scoot across the gym on their butts while singing row row row your boat, and then in the picture above they were singing the Barney song in front of everyone :D Ahh, I love it. Plus, they had to give us candy!!

Anyone?

Hello, is anyone there?

It's been so long since I've even thought about my dear old blog. I was laying in bed just now, & I got the urge to come and write a post.
Weird stuff.
So many things have changed. Not any that's really important. Just a lot of little things.
My sophomore year is going great though. Having tons of fun, doing the things high schoolers are supposed to do. Hanging with my friends and boyfriend on the weekend, going out to eat all of the time, getting in trouble, going to the movies, sleepovers, Facebooking, sleeping in on this glorious fall break, and I've recently took up playing tennis. My senior friend, who is also my newest and already like my best friend, Shawnee, is helping me get better.
It's so yucky & rainy right now. It used to make me depressed but I don't mind it as much now.
Fall break has been nice and relaxing. I went & saw Footloose last night. It was absolutely amazing. I didn't want it to ever end.
I'm being dragged to go to the premiere of Paranormal Activity 3 tomorrow. I have never thought that the previous two were even close to scary, but Shawnee says they're much scarier in theaters. So hey, why not. Got nothin' else to do.
Me and my boyfriend are doing great, we've been dating for a year and a week now. Time really does fly.
If anyone read this, please comment! I don't know if I'm back to blogging for sure or not. It's just a casual thing at the moment. I want to blog because I want to, not because I feel like I have to.
